The main bedroom has a full king sized bed with bedside and overhead lockers, a dressing table & 3 wardrobes plus lots of cupboard space, new supplementary heating.

The caravan has under floor insulation and double glazing for your comfort.

The twin room has 2 comfortable single beds, HIGHCHAIRS, WATERPROOFS RAISED DISABLED TOILET SEAT and  BEDGUARDS can be provided at NO EXTRA CHARGE...for £10.00 we can provide travel cots for the period of your stay. please book in advance of arrival. There are also side lockers, wardrobes and cupboard space. Across from the twin room is the bathroom, which has a wide shower cubical, toilet and wash basin.

All bedding (sheets, pillows & cases, duvets & covers) are provided fresh and laundered on every change over. Through the dividing door to the beautifully styled kitchen, there is everything you will need for a self catering holiday, including microwave oven, full sized split cooker, 2 sliced toaster and Refrigerator/Freezer and plenty of storage space for your food.

The dining area leads to the lounge where there is a further pull-out double sofa bed. There is also a 32" Flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player along with a radio, CD and tape players.
The rear door leads to a gated veranda with table & chairs for your comfort. There are windbreakers and folding chairs for your use, on the beach or at the caravan.

Happy Days Holiday Homes is family oriented with a large two part clubhouse and facilities such as an outdoor heated fun pool, (from JUNE to OCTOBER) arcades and launderette, (passes are provided for these) Nearby are grocery shops, restaurants, cafe’s and public houses offering a variety of food and entertainment. at Arches pub there is free Wi-Fi. & LARGE SCREEN T.V WITH SKY & B.T. along with a childrens play area.
Happy Days Holiday Homes is located close to a large and clean beach, with private access from the site. This will avoid you having to use the main roads. 

The bus services are only yards away from the site giving easy access to place's like Fantasy Island, Skegness and Mablethorpe along with many more attractions and places of interest along the Lincolnshire coastline, this means you do not have to use a vehicle to get about.
